High Adventure Backpack Trip – June 19-22

What: 4 day backpack trip to either Smoky Mountains, Red River Gorge, Big South Fork

When: June 19-22, Thursday early AM – Sunday late PM

Requirements: Scouts must be 14 or older, Adults must be in good physical condition and prepared to backpack up to 10 miles per day on rugged trail with significant climbs

Backpack Planning Meeting and Shakedown Hike: May 28, 6:30 – 8PM at Highbanks, first left turn inside park, first shelter. Be on time we hike first, bring a pack with at least 20 lbs of weight, wear your hiking boots and socks.
