Fruit & Greenery 2012 – Parent Responsibilities
Sales start on Monday, September 24th.
Packets with sales forms and pricing information will be passed out at the meeting on 9/24. It your son can not attend this meeting, contact his Patrol Leader to get the packet.
Sale Ends on Monday, October 22th.
Completed sales forms must be turned in at this meeting. No late orders will be accepted. If your son can not attend this meeting, you must make arrangements to get the sales sheets turned in on or before this date.
* No money will be accepted at this time
Pickup is scheduled for Tuesday, November 27th.
It is our goal to have both the fruit and greenery available on this date. You must pick up your items between 6:00pm and 8:00pm. If you have other commitments this evening, you will need to make arrangements for someone else to pick up your items. We are unable to hold items for anybody.
* This date is tentative. We have been very successful in predicting the delivery date, but we are at the mercy of our suppliers and the shipping companies. We will do our best to communicate any changes both at the meetings and via the web site. It is your responsibility to check one or both of these to keep abreast of changes.
Pickup location is A & D Builders Supply
This is the same location we have used for the last 5+ years. So, if you have sold before, you should know where to find us. For new Scouts, the address is:

It is near the intersection of Schrock Rd and Huntley Rd. A map will be included with the sales packet.
Money will be due on Monday, December 17th.
All money (No Cash) is due at the meeting on 12/17. If your son can not attend this meeting, you need to make arrangements to get the money turned in on or before this date.
