Reminder: Spaghetti Dinner is Saturday, February 21st 4:30 to 7:30.
This is our 2nd required fundraiser and is very important to the troop. The church and the community both love it and the boys learn great skills such as sales, waiting on customers, food prep, patience, social skills, etc.
Each paying customer receives a single plate of spaghetti with garlic bread, unlimited salad and applesauce and a dessert. We ask that each scout family provide a dessert.
All Scouts are REQUIRED to work a shift and will be assigned that shift, and a position, in a couple weeks. Scouts can see Knoble Prosser for questions on this.
Also, each scout is required to sell tickets (each scout will start with 10). See Jamie Prosser at meetings for tickets. IF a scout does NOT sell all of his tickets, he is to turn them back in to Mrs. Prosser on the day of the Dinner with all remaining ticket money not yet turned in when he arrives for his shift.
We are also in need of a couple of adults for each shift to help in the kitchen (washing dishes with a couple scouts). Please let Jamie Prosser (firstname.lastname@example.org) know if you are available to volunteer some of your time.
Reminder: Fruit & Greenery money is due tonight at the Court of Honor. NO CASH — Only checks made out to BSA 365. If you collected cash from your customers, you will need to write a check to cover the cash portion.
Also, all left over greenery will be available for anyone wanting to purchase additional items.
We have extra greenery for sale. Please reach out to Jamie Prosser if you (or your scout) can sell or wants to buy any. Any scouts selling the extras will get the credit for them.
Reminder, money turn is 12/15, court of honor day. Checks only, NO CASH.
Also remember that, like years past, the winners for top 3 and by rank for pie in the face will not be determined until all money is collected and turned in.
Just a reminder that Fruit pickup is Thursday December 4th from 6pm to 8pm at A&D builders (same as greenery). See everyone there!
