The Spring Court of Honor was tonight. Please congratulate these scouts next time you see them on their well deserved advancements!
Caving 2012 – April 13-15
What: Crawling on your belly like a snake through a dark hole in the earth; working on scouting skills for those too young to crawl too far and those who want to show off their skills in front of the younger guys; did we say fishing? This is a private cave system in southern Kentucky.
Who: Scouts, Leaders, and Parents-those who want to crawl! We will also need older scouts and adults who will not be caving to help with the scout skills and fishing!
When:
Friday, April 13, 2012 – we meet at the Church at 5PM; leave at 5:01PM
Sunday, April 15, 2012 – we return to the Church at 4PM
Bring: Scout essentials (see your handbook); other overnight gear (sleeping bag, pad, messkit, etc.); SEE SPECIAL CAVING GEAR LIST.
Cost: $35.00 – covers food and transportation and all activities.
UPDATE: Added the Caving 2012 special gear list.
