Gettysburg Planning Meeting – January 29th

What: It’s time to get together to update everyone on the planning so far for the Gettysburg summer camp trip, and to finalize more details. My apologies to those who cannot make the meeting; we will have another such meeting (or rather, meetings) down the road, but I hope all of you can make it. We’ll have some snacks, a video, other visual aids, and lots of information to share and lots of questions to ask and answer. One of the big issues to discuss will be which merit badges do you boys wish to do that week, and which adults can serve as counselors for those badges.

When: Tuesday, January 29, at 7pm

Where: The Browning Lounge has been reserved at the church — the room on the north end of the church, first floor, past the old chapel (where we hold our Eagle Courts of Honor).

  1. Mr. Roderick should have the list of merit badge counselors for Gettysburg.
